Remixes and remix kits

I enjoy opportunities for collaboration and am available to remix songs. I also welcome the opportunity to hear what others will make of my work. If you would like a celadon remix, please let me know. Note that any remix kits I post here (but not remixes of others' works) are offered under a Creative Commons license.

celadon remixes

Soul Cavalry - celadon remix   Boron Division
celadon remix of Boron Division's death-robot track Soul Cavalry. The remix is included on Boron Division's recent EP (available for free download).
Utopian Murder Conspiracy - celadon remix   Noise Poet Nobody
My remix of Noise Poet Nobody's newest track is available on his remix disc from Backwards Records NW. Xaxiswye also used my remix in a video clip from Denial of the Body.
Artificial Insemination - celadon remix (mp3, 4.4 MB)   Kenji Siratori
A celadon remix of Kenji's spoken-word cyberpunk assault. Check out Kenji Siratori's Web page for more of his relentless verbal barrage.
Change the World - celadon remix   Caustic Pleasures
I remixed a song for Caustic Pleasures, an excellent rock band from Vancouver BC (sadly, now defunct). It ended up nicely dark and gloomy. It can be found on the Caustic Pleasures soundclick site.
Zealot - celadon remix   Winterchylde
My remix of Winterchylde's Zealot won third place in a contest. The remix appears on his EP disc of the same name.

Another remix using the kit below.
Earth Abides - saemskin remix (mp3, 13.1 MB)   celadon

Sisyphus (wodan remix)   celadon
Wodan, an electronic artist from Germany, produced a beautiful remix of my song Sisyphus has Laid Down His Stone. You can find it on wodan's soundclick site.
What's it Gonna Take? Darius remix   celadon
Darius (Random Insults) turned in an intense noisefest of a remix on this one. The remix kit is available at the bottom of this page if you would like to try your own remix.

remix kits

Nothing to Say remix kit   ZIP archive of MP3 files, 38 MB OR ZIP archive of WAV files, 269 MB
Full remix kit of the song Nothing to Say from my cd Post-Industrial Delicacies. There are two versions: mp3 files plus the finished mp3 for the impatient (38 MB), or 16-bit WAV files plus the finished mp3 for the more discerning (269 MB). This includes separate tracks of all instruments/samples. The song does not have midi files or vocals. If you do a remix, you need to let me know and give me a copy (or post a copy where I can link to it).
What's it Gonna Take? remix kit   ZIP archive of MP3 files, 21 MB
Remix kit with separate mp3 tracks of an industrial song of mine, What's it Gonna Take - pounding metal percussion, distorted vocals, screaming feedback. Darius (randominsults) did a noisy remix featured above. I have a much larger kit (184 MB) with the tracks in uncompressed AIFF files if you want higher quality source material. Just e-mail me for info. If you do a remix, you need to let me know and give me a copy (or post a copy where I can link to it).
